Although it’s still cold outside it’s a perfect sunny day for a Spring lunch: Pan fried chicken with herb crust and a simple salad.

And I mean real MEAT. A big chunk of MEAT. Manly MEAT. Drooling delicious son of a MEAT. Served at DISH! in Kuala Lumpur.

Oh and they gave us chocolate truffles as well… Real big ones.

They really couldn’t resist to use big boards to serve those big chocs. 

When we were in Kota Kinabalu earlier this year we went to Old Town cafe almost every single day. They really have good food and cheap!

Lovely steamed Chicken Rice with Mushroom and rice with char siu and egg. Delicious!

Something fishy today… With octopus that is.

At 24Kitchen I’ve helped setting up the editorial department for the first 5 months. Assisted technically and creatively where needed and edited cooking programs such as The Taste Of Cooking with master chef Angelique Schmeink (ENG), Grenzeloos Koken with every episode a different chef (Cooking Across Borders, studio), Makkelijke Maaltijd (Easy Meal, studio) and Rudolphs Bakery with master chef Rudolph van Veen (studio).

With only 2 senior editors and 2 junior editors we’ve managed to edit over 360 hours of TV shows within less than 5 months and this doesn’t even include revising previous 50 hours of TV programs, short tv items and additional work. Besides editing we also did  in house the basic color grading and audio check.
